Hi, I think this is just barely on-topic, as it's a 1983 component. I recently acquired downtube shifters and a long-cage 105 rear mech. I've kinda become enamored of the looks of these guys and would like to buy a front mech, if anyone has one kicking around their garage, to complete the system. This is first generation Shimano 105, arabesque group, or sometimes called golden arrow group. Thanx!

Who just got an (on-topic) first dura ace 1st-generation front mech, and was quite surprised to find out that is can be COMPLETELY disassembled with wrenches, unlike some other japanese or french or italian junk (ok now i've offended everyone) available at the same time ...
