Tempe Bike moved to a modern building and the old warehouse where it was housed for decades was demolished, but frame builder Colin Laing still works at the modern store which is about 2 blocks from my house. Sometimes Dominic's bike shop has an on topic F/F or even a complete bike hanging from the rafter, and a little known local frame builder works for Dominic. One of his F/F was hanging last winter. That shop is about 6 blocks from my house. Another shop close to me is Ehrhardt's Schwinn. I recently saw a Viscount amongst his used bikes. There is a shop in Phoenix called 'Try Me Bicycle Shop'...he often has several On Topic bikes and lots of parts for sale. As to points of interest...my garage/shop.... Depending on what size you ride, I could fix you up with a loaner...

Pat Moffat Tempe AZ USA....early Nov is almost perfect riding weather. ----- Original Message ----- From: LTravers<mailto:lat7575@swbell.net> To: Classic Rendezvous<mailto:classicrendezvous@bikelist.org> Sent: Friday, October 05, 2007 12:25 PM Subject: [CR]Shops of interest in Phoenix?

I will be in Phoenix 11/1 to 11/10. Any shops or other points of interest there?
