One of the cyclists that was participating in the Eroica ride in Italy fell and was rushed to hospital and admitted in critical conditions. The cyclist, a 50 year-old Roman, lost control and hit his head on a cement step leading to a field. First aid was administered by fellow riders and he was then rushed unconscious to the hospital where he now under care. No news of his condition.
