On a Jeunet I recently acquired, the 3-pin steel crankset is stamped 'aduprat universel'. What does it mean, and who made it? Also, the handlebar stem is marked 'GUID'. It is hollow through the top...I can see the fixing bolt. Is the stem an AVA?
