Those in the illustration look a lot like ones I purchased from an auto parts store. The straps on mine are plain rubber with no cord inside, so they stretch easily and of limited use for anything but light duty. I have used industrial strap wrenches made of cast iron with heavy fabric webbing straps that work a lot better.
