Subject: [CR]Sugino mighty tour and Campagnolo SR cranks question

I now have the Campy SR crank with 53/42 and it's too tiring. I love the SR look but that 144 bolt pattern won't let you get below 42 (or that rare 41 which is not much different)

I don't want a triple of any kind (and I know about those TA triple adapters) but the other option is to have my SR crank drilled (and counterbored to do it right) for 110 circles (or is that 116 ) and preserve the look. That would be top choice but you have to send your crank ( I think DTSshifter does or used to do this as a friendly listmember service) and get Ofmega or avocet bolts they say. ( Sorry I am so cornfused)

So if you have a sugino mighty tour (tour not the comp) crankset can you attach your much loved SR crankarms. I am thinking of a 110 bolt pattern 50/34 double usable with existing rear 34 bailout rear cog. ( I need to bailout a lot)
