what is the origin of this photograph ?? I'm a bit surprised there aren't more pictures from the Milan show when it was first shown there.. was it received as an important design then ?

regarding the later version on ebay; no one can recall seeing one for sale, but where else have people seen them ? i wonder how many are thought to be in existence...
