IIRC, those are Binda Supers which I think came out mid 1970s. I am pretty sure I bought and use those arounfd 1975 so they are not far off... ? FWIW, Binda straps were available three variations: - "Regular" which was plain leather and came in colors including red, blue, brown, yellow, white and ? - "Extra" had black plasticky laminate on outside of one side only. They came in black or natural/whitish. - "Super" had the laminate sandwiched between two layers of tan leather.
