GO to the 'end the auction early' page. Select 'end the auction,' the highest bidder wins, and it's a done deal. At the end of the month you pay your fees.
eBay puts the mechanism right there for you to use. Why would they have that there if you are not supposed to use it? Why make it so you can end the auction early and let the high bidder win? Why? What other possible reason is there to end the auction early and let the highest bidder win, unless it's there so you can end the auction early and let the highest bidder win if you want to?
I just can't see what the big deal is. If people are going to be scuz buckets and cheat eBay or a buyer, stopping me from ending auctions early isn't gonna stop them. They just charge $30 to ship a with a first class stamp, or they casually mention 'i have more if you need them' or they advertise a mint seat bag and send you one covered with pink stains. Or they just outright email you and offer to sell it off eBay. Or they 'reserve the right to sell it locally.' THat all just SHOUTS scam! THOSE are the people you guys should obsess about.
