I know that the Model 80 and the Model 89 both came in a swallow version like this. You can see pictures at:

The Model 89 that's pictured there has much different rear plate/rail attachment, and has a serial number tab attached to the logo plate, so yours isn't one of those. Given the cantle/rail detail of the one from your Colnago, I think yours is a Model 80 "Criterium" version. Timeline-wise it certainly could have left the bike shop with it installed, and quite likely did.
On a related note, there's a very odd specialty Ideale saddle in vaguely that same swallow style on eBay right now, with embossing that celebrates the shuttle Columbia.
Too rich for my current pocketbook, but I *do* like the rivet work. It's shown in a bag for a Ideale 2000, but it's certainly not one of those...they had a nylon base.
