Howdy folks.
I am putting together a KOF (I think) frameset, an older Merckx MX Leader and have run into a snag on the seatpost binder bolt. I assumed it would have been Campy so I ordered one, but it doesn't really work. First off the washer on the bolt side doesn't fit into the recess in the seat lug. No biggie I guess. Turns out the bolt bottoms out on the nut before really clamping the seatpost. Did these bolts come in different sizes, or maybe Campy changed them over time? Anybody know? Thanks in advance :^)
