Raced as well as sold. A cursory look at photos of the 1984 TdF shows half the machines raced had toeclips, non aero brakes etc. Even a year later Hinault's machine had non aero brakes. I spent the day on my '85 Peugeot PX totally original and totally and wholly CR List worthy. But hey it ain't my list or my rules. I think 1983 is off by two solid years. 1980 is just dumb.
