I knew somebody would ask me that. For me it's the Superbes, the XC Pro offroad version, and the recently discontinued T/As with sealed bearings and grease fitting.

I have some take-off Nuovo Records in my one-Campy-group stash, and they are nice, but they are essentially matched by new $25 MKSs, and I like the near-infinite replaceability of cartridge bearings.
