That there are other 1970s Frames with an M cut out under the BB was new to me: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160169130832

It's obviously not a rebadged Masi, but a Moser of the "non-Francesco" brand. Too bad the seller has parted the bike with lots of panto'ed parts out.
