Anyone ever see a set? These are described as Victory, but also as 1982, which is before Victory. Typical Victory has the shield logo and otherwise looks like SR. These have what looks like the Grand Sport (GS) logo, but otherwise look like SR. Drilled GS? Prototype Victory? Pretty sure these are right around the stated 1982 date, and on-topic
