Folks, I'm clearing room in the basement, so two vintage framesets that are too small for me need to go:

First is a 1960 or 1961 Capo "Modell Campagnolo." Capo was an Austrian-maker of very limited import into the US (see the CR page for more info: http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Austria/Capo.htm). Frame is double-butted Reynolds 531 throughout. Seat tube is 21.5" center-to-center or 22.5" center-to-top. Top tube is 22.5" c-c. Stronglight (I think) headset included, as is a new seat-binder clamp and center-pull brake hangers. Takes a 27.0mm seat post, and bottom bracket is English threaded. I've had both 27" and 700c wheels on this bike (though the latter need fairly long reach brakes). Unfortunately, the finish on this frame is in very poor shape though no dents or dings anywhere. Pictures of the built-up bike are here: http://tinyurl.com/3e3c88. I'm asking $85 plus shipping for the frame and fork.

Second is a 1972 Schwinn Super Sport. Cromoly steel frame fillet brazed in ChicagoLand. Seat tube is 22" (c-t), top tube is 22" (c- c). Kool lemon finish has lots of chips and scrapes. Pics here: http://picasaweb.google.com/lerner.n/1972SchwinnSuperSport. Takes a 26.8mm post and 27" wheels. I'm asking $75 plus shipping for the frame and fork with headset plus the odd-sized Schwinn stem, seat- binder clamp and center-pull brake hangers. For another $25, I'll throw in a new Truvativ Ashtabula-to-English bottom bracket adapter (which is installed at the moment). I have some original parts to this bike, too, if the buyer is looking to do a vintage resto.

Thanks,
