Matt Isaacs from the IBOB list has a tallish Chris Pauley touring bike for sale on Craig's list. Pauley is one of the great lesser known American frame builders and one of the best. I won Best North American Bike at Cirque a few years ago with one. They rarely come up for sale. Matt mentioned that he would strip off the newer components from this one and sell the frame for $350, quite a bargain if it is all straight.
