The lugs and fork crown do look "Internationally." The top tube and seat stay brake braze-ons also look International. However the drop-outs for the stays and fork do not look International. The color on the steerer tube are a brown like the first Super Course I had. It could possibly be a Super Course or Gran Sport. Both had Reynolds frame tubes. The 'Course being straight guage as I remember. I do not remember about the 'Sport tubes. The 'Sport was better equipped, so likely butted. The color on the steerer makes me lean toward the 'Course.

The inseam that Hilary has is very close to mine. I am comfortable on 22"-22.5" I have ridden without a lot of trouble 21" to 23.5". Admittedly the 23.5" is a bit of a stretch for standover (pun intended.) I like French bikes with a traditionally long top tube, because I am long waisted and conversly short legged. 6 feet with 30-31 inch inseam. I might even ride a 19" if it were a bike I really desired. The frame I want is does not always come to me in my favorite size, c'est la vie ( a bit of gratuitous French thrown in for no particular reason.)

Happy Trails,
