It looks like the seller went through the trouble of removing the fork to provide a photo of the steerer tube. Good on him, as the year of the bike is now firmly established and any reservation about the originality of the fork as a Masi product is rendered moot.

If the winner is interested in selling/trading the Wolber wheel covers please contact me after the auction. I would pay $150 for them or perhaps trade one of my covers that would be more appropriate (ie. Clement) for the Masi. My Huffy needs new clothes. :-)
