Picture 39 and 40 is our now local to FL, USA cycling official Joan. I knew she had been doing it awhile but I didn't know 25+years. The next time she gives the smack down to one of the Juniors on my team I'm gonna show a picture of her and say "you aint the first". She takes no crap and now I know why.
