As of a couple years ago, Jenny Frayer was still building steel via fillet braze up in Nevada. See: http://www.frayerframes.com/

She was showing bikes at the 2006 NAHBS, accompanied by Riccardo Bulissimo -- who may or may not be hanging out around CR as we write....
