to include shipping and/or insurance pro vided that said merchandise is re turned to me in a reasonably timely fashion and that it is in substantially
the same condition as when I first sent i t out to you (...please let me k now in advance of your intentions should this prove to be the case).------- -------------------------------------------CRANKSET / BOTTOM BRACKET COMBIN ATION:O.M.A.S. Corsa crankset - Campagnolo Record compatible 144 mm BCD - 4 2/52 alloy chain rings / inner reinforcement webs / 52 tooth ring without c hain "roll off" pin - 170 mm anodized alloy arms / 9/16" x 20 TPI pedal thr e ads / 22 mm x 1 mm cap threads - unmarked O.M.A.S. dust caps - steel chai n ring bolts - model 900 "Big Sliding" Corsa ... [NOS / NIB - in perfect un used and unhandled condition]These O.M.A.S. cranks were actually based upon
forgings made by Sakae Ringyo (SR), just as were those late 1970’s to ea rly 1980’s proprietary Raleigh cranks and the earliest version of the MAV IC branded cranks. In each instance, unfinished SR Royal crank arm forgings
were sent along to the respective companies where they were machined, grou nd, polished, etched, and anodized to preference. As for the O.M.A.S. speci fic version of these cranks being offered for sale here, like their contemp orary Campagnolo counterpart, they have a 144 mm BCD, use a standard 22 mm x 1 mm cap threading (...which means that you can use a common crank puller
for square tapered bottom brackets, such as a Park CCP-2), and they bear a
striking physical resemblance. But there are also subtle differences. The edges of the crank arms themselves are more rounded than the Record arms, t he decorative fluting is both wider and deeper and its edges are finished d ifferently, and the tabs at the end of the crank spider where the chain rin g bolts pass through are not squared off but rather have been rounded. As f or their respective weights, a bare Campagnolo Record drive side crank arm (...no rings, chain ring bolts, or dust cap) weighs in at 254 grams whereas
its O.M.A.S. counterpart tips the scales at 261 grams. But before you cons ider a seven gram difference to be of any advantage, consider if you will t he fact that vintage Re cord cranks have a reputation for too often crackin g at the apex of their spider along the stress riser whereas the SR forging , in any of its various guises, was generally considered bullet-proof in th is regard. To complement the O.M.A.S. crank arms, chain rings, chain ring bo lts, and dust caps, the purchaser has their choice of ONE and only ONE of t he following two bottom bracket assemblies:O.M.A.S. Acciaio - traditional n on-cartridge adjustable type bottom bracket for 70 mm shell - steel spindle
- square taper - 114 mm with 3 mm drive side asymmetrical offset - annular
sealed bearings - 36 mm x 24 TPI Italian thread aluminum alloy cups (non-d rive side - right threading / drive side - also right threading : caution) - aluminum lock rings - "accordion" style plastic dust sleeve - 15 mm steel
crank bolts / washers - model 132 "Big Sliding" Strada (70-S-120) ... [NOS
/ NIB]... OR ... O.M.A.S. Acciaio - traditional non-cartridge adjustable t ype bottom bracket for 68 mm shell - steel spindle - square taper - 112 mm with 3 mm drive side asymmetrical offset - annular sealed bearings - 1.370"
x 24 TPI English thread aluminum alloy cups (non-drive side - right thread ing / drive side - left threading) - aluminum lock rings - "accordion" styl e plastic dust sleeve - 15 mm steel crank bolts / washers - model 132 "Big Sliding" Strada (68-S-120) ... [NOS / NIB]While the aforementioned bottom b rackets will accommodate either a 70 mm Italian threaded BB shell or a 68 m m English threaded version of same, the respective spindle widths provided each presume a pre 1977 / 1978 non-C.P.S.C . compliant front derailleur in the instance of Campagnolo Record equipment (...i.e. no frontal "lip" protr usion unless you want your derailleur t o foul the backside of that nice ne w drive side crank arm). In both cases, these bottom bracket assemblies use
twin adjustable cups with separate loc k rings which allows one to very pr ecisely dial in their chain line for optimal performance. Additionally, the se assemblies are such that the ONLY difference between them and the oft he ralded and highly coveted titanium version of O.M.A.S. bottom bracket is th e actual spindle itself (...literally everything else is the same right dow n to the individual part numbers - which means that if you can source an ap propriately sized titanium spindle thro ugh Café de Velo or the like to b e used in lieu of the steel version included here, you have just managed to
magically change the bottom bracket in question into an O.M.A.S. model 130
Titanio - and if anyone would like me t o provide comparative side by side
detail pictures of an NOS O.M.A.S. model 120 steel versus an NOS model 130
titanium bottom bracket, I would be more than happy to oblige).Purchase pr ice for the NOS / NIB O.M.A.S. crankset with choice of NOS / NIB O.M.A.S. b ottom bracket assembly: $175.00CRANKSET / PARTS:Campagnolo Record crankset - post 1968 144 mm BCD - 43/52 alloy chain rings / inner reinforcement webs

TPI pedal threads / 22 mm x 1 mm cap threads - pre 1978 chain rings and ch ain ring bolts marked "PATENT CAMPAGNOLO" - model 1049 ... [Used - a date m ismatched set of vintage crank arms in slightly varying states of condition
- the drive side arm has extremely light signs of toe strap rub on its fac ing and shows only a very few minor blemishes begot of use, the most remark able of which is a straight line scratch along its backside from once runni ng afoul of a front derailleur lip - the non- drive side arm has a consider ably greater number of small marks and imperfections including a series of these underneath its pedal hole as well as noticeable toe strap rub through
the anodized finish across its outer face - both arms have the typical "ha lo" around their pedal holes from where pedals were mounted without benefit
of washers - the cap and pedal threadings themselves are in excellent shap e and the square taper splines are unmarred - as for the chain rings, both show evidence of moderate use with no disfiguring or hooking of their teeth
- there are actually rather few minor cosmetic blemishes in either case, a lthough there are some chain lift marks on the backside of the 52 tooth big
ring - the chain ring bolts are in great shape with no signs of oxidizatio n - this entire ensemble has been disassembled, inspected, cleaned, polishe d, and reassembled using a dab of anti-seize compound on all of the chain r ing bolt threads - absolutely no cracks or functional compromises (...in fa ct, that drive side arm "rings" about as fine as any tuning fork I have eve r come across - but you will have to disassemble everything once again to t ry that trick for yourself)] - $85.00Campagnolo Record chain ring - 144 mm BCD - 52 tooth alloy outer ring with inner reinforcement web - pre 1974 wit hout chain "roll off" pin - pre 1 978 marked "PATENT CAMPAGNOLO" - model 75 3/52 ... [Used—relatively light use with no real significant wear to be f ound on the teeth themselves ( ...you can still see the factory machining m arks if you look closely) - near flawless facing for chain ring that has ac tually been used (...only a couple of faint markings) but with light chain lift marks on its backside - original small and upright "PATENT" lettering on the reinforcement web indicating that this is of late 1960’s to very e arly 1970’s manufacture] - $25.00Campagnolo Record chain ring - 144 mm BC D - 42 tooth alloy inner ring with inner reinforcement web - pre 1978 marke d "<C>" - model 753/42 ... [Use d - very light use with no significant wear
to be found on the teeth themselves (...you can still easily see the facto ry machining marks) - only the most minimal of cosmetic blemishes, primaril y in the form of "ghosting" from where this ring was once mounted onto a dr ive side crank arm, and those will never be seen once it has been re-affixe d onto another crank arm] - $35.00Campagnolo Record chain ring fastening sc rews / bolts - chrome plated steel - 5 mm Allen wrench fittings - pre 1978 marked "PATENT CAMPAGNOLO" - complete set of five suitable for a double cha in ring crankset - model 754 (screw) / 755 (nut) ... [Used - although these
are nearly indistinguishable from new - the chrome plating is in perfect c ondition] - $30.00 for the setOFMEGA crank bolts with washers - 15 mm head with 22 mm x 1 mm thread - "Black" finish - model 748 (bolt) / 749 (washer)
... [Used - these are essentially clones of their early Campagnolo Nuovo /
Super Record counterparts, but without any Campy logo (...naturally) - min or evidence of use to be found , principally in the form of compression mar kings on the individual washers - the bolt heads themselves are NOT rounded
or otherwise unduly marred] - $10.00 for the pairBOTTOM BRACKET / PARTS:Ca mpagnolo Nuovo Record bottom bracket for spindle for 70 mm shell - stainles s steel rifled spindle - square taper - pre 1978 114 mm with 5 mm drive sid e asymmetrical offset - model 744/A (70-SS) ... [Used - very good condition
with near perfect tapers (...the oxidization seen in the picture is very l ight and has only magically appeared in the time between when I removed and
cleaned this spindle and a week or so later when I finally got around to t aking the actual photograph) - I am of the belief that a pair of crank arms
have only been mounted onto this spindle ONCE (...although I cannot prove this, so I will not state it as being fact)] - $15.00CHAIN:KMC - "Missing L ink" reusable quick connect / disconnect master link - Black - suitable for
use with 7.3 mm wide chains ... [quantity 3 - NEW - a hand y device for th ose vintage bikes with vintage narrow style 6, 7, or 8 speed chains that yo u actually ride with some degree of regularity] - FREE to the first persons

- 36h model 1035/P rear hub (126 mm spacing) - 1.370" x 24 TPI English fre ewheel thread - model 1035 ... [Used - freewheel threads are in perfect sta te - overall, this coupling is in well above average condition with respect
to cosmetics having only the typical markings at the spoke holes which bea r testament to the fact that they have been put to good use before - the sp ring steel oil hole clip cover on the front hub has had one of its ears sna p off but the cover itself remain s entirely functional with more than enou gh grip to still stay in place - t he rear hub has recently been repacked w ith new grease whereas the front ha s not and should be in the near future (...it spins too freely for anything other than "race day" use as you can j ust start to hear the individual ball bearings tumble) - the finish shine o n the rear hub is truly glorious while the luster on the front hub is only slightly less appealing (...bear in mind that I am particularly picky and t his minor disparity can certainly be remedied with a bit of time and polish , but I am going to leave it up to the new owner to perform said work shoul d they see fit - PLEASE NOTE: quick release mechanisms are NOT included (.. .and if I had a used spare match ed pair, I would have offered them here an d then increased my asking price) ] - $80.00 for the pairRIMS:MAVIC Module 3 - double wall polished aluminum alloy with stainless steel eyelets - 22 m m section (...optimal for use with 28 mm to 32 mm tires, or in other words for the metrically challenged, that would be 1 1/8" to 1 1/4 " tires) - hoo ked bead rim profile - smooth / non-milled braking surfaces - 27" x 1 1/4" clincher - drilled for Schraeder valves (...of course, you can always use o ne of those Presta valve stem adapters made by the like s of Wheels Manufac turing should that better suit your circumstance) - 36h front / 36h rear - primary foil label having stylized diamond shaped "MAVIC " logo in Red and Gold above the words "MADE IN FRANCE" located adjacent the seam - secondary
Silver background rectangular foil label having rounded corners reading "M ODULE 3 27 x 1 1/4" over "Utiliser impérativemen t une mèche" over "fon d de jante largeur 17 m/m" in Black letters - mod el Module 3 ... [Used - t hese are a beefy box rims most appropriate for use with a mid 1970’s vint age light touring, loaded touring, or tandem style bike - the rim labels ar e the first edition style that debuted in 1976 - both rims are straight and
true, showing only minor evidence typical of use including light oxidizati on at the eyelets and degradation of one secondary rim label - overall, the se should clean up with minimal effort and a little steel wool so as to loo k almost like new with the singular exception of a small area on one of the
rims which has been lightly scuffed (...nothing t hat affects actual braki ng performance, but certainly not the type of thing that will magically dis appear with a mere cleaning) - a favorite with the touring and tandem crowd , these sturdy rims do not come available very often (...although there jus t so happens to be another pair that were listed on eBay only last night, 1 1/25/07 - auction number 140183588958, and I am in no way related to the pe rson or persons who posted those other rims for sale on eBay)] - $55.00 for
the pairMAVIC Montlhéry - polished aluminum alloy with double eyelets - non-anodized finish - 20 mm section - box profile - serrated / machined bra king surf aces - 700c tubular - drilled for Presta valves - 36h front / 36h
rear - rim stamped "MAVIC MONTLERY" over "MADE IN FRANCE 12 71" - primary foil label having stylized diamond shaped "MAVIC" logo in Red and Gold abov e the word s "MARQUE DÉPOSÉE" located at the weld seam - secondary Red background rectangular foil label having squared corners reading "CHAMPIONN AT DU MONDE " in Silver letters - model Montlhéry "Championnat du Monde". .. [Used - straight and true with a moderate number of miles (...and I know
this to be accurate, as I have owned these particular rims since 1973) - t hey are in excellent condition with the caveat that they have been kicking around in my used spares lot for at least a decade, and as a result, they a re a bit dusty and dirty and most certainly come complete with genuine vint age brake pa d and glue residue - but if you are willing to take the time t o carefully c lean and polish these rims, they will come out looking as nic e as the day I first purchased them - and while the rim labels are intact w ith only a slight bit of curling at their edges, Greg Softley has been good
enough to pro duce replica sets should you be so inclined to replace them]
- $35.00 for the pairTIRES:Specialized Turbo / R - 27" x 1 1/8" (ISO 630-2 8) - black with gum side wall - wire bead clincher design - slick style (.. .i.e. bald) tread design - recommended 100 psi with 115 psi maximum (...ass uming a hooked bead rim profile) - model Turbo / R ... [Used - a long ago e xtinct set of high pressure tires that were quite popular in the 1980’s -
these look to be in good state both cosmetically as well as functionally w ith no signs of age cracking or nicks that would otherwise be a harbinger o f their impending demise - were it not for the fact that I have one and onl y one bicycle using 27" tires (...and I intended to keep it that way) and i n my situation "vintage appropriate" is not a consideration, I would have n o hesitation in holding these back for my own personal use] - $25.00 for th e pairFREEWHEEL:Cyclo Pans freewheel kit - Blue vinyl zippered pouch - 14, 15, and 17 tooth threaded cogs / 15 and 16 tooth slip fit cogs with integra ted collars / 17 , 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 tooth flat profile slip fit cogs / two metal space r rings / two plastic spacer rings ... [NOS - this is act ually a partial Cyclo Pans freewheel kit which is missing the freewheel bod y itself, the spar e pawls and springs, removal tool, instructions, and a s mall bottle of lubricating oil - however, all of the remaining pieces which
are present are in a perfect and unused state - if you already happen to h ave a Cyclo Pans freewheel, here is your perfect opportunity to squirrel aw ay enough NOS cogs and spacers to render it to a like new state ... or ... you can keep this k it on hand for display purposes only] - $25.00FRONT DER AILLEUR:Campagnolo Record front derailleur body and lower pivot arm - 28.6 mm clamp -on alloy body with hinged clamp - post 1967 without cable stop - post 1972 with enlarged pivot post housings - post 1972 for use with circli p on upper pivot - model 773 (body) / 782 lower pivot arm ... [Used - these
parts are actually suitable for use on either Record or Super Record front
derailleurs dating from 1973 through 1977 or post 1977 Gran Sport models -
excellent condition without any gouges, scratches, or unsightly imperfecti ons - that said, there is a very light marking near where the clamp bolt wo uld be inserted, but this slight blemish will be completely obscured once t his piece is assembled into a complete front derailleur and properly mounte d onto a bike for use - winter time is the perfect time to pull the old swi tch-a-roo , too] - $20.00 for both piecesREAR DERAILLEUR:Campagnolo Super R ecord inner pulley cage plate - post 1978 style - aluminum alloy - model 71 19009 ... [NOS - this will NOT work in conjunction with t he 814/A outer pl ate found on pre 1979 Super Record or any standard Nuovo Record rear derail leur - flawless] - $10.00Campagnolo Nuovo Record - rear derailleur pulley c age plates - aluminum alloy - model 814/A outer / 815/A inner Campagnolo Nu ovo Record pulley wheels - post 1969 ten tooth bushing style - model 930/A ... [Used - I would estimate that these have somewhere between 65 to 70 per cent of their useful life left - not "chewed up", no signs of cracking what soever, and no evidence of rust on the dust cover plates - inasmuch as thes e have been thoroughly dismantled and cleaned for close inspection, they wi ll need to have new grease applied prior to reassembly and actual use] - $2 0.00 for the pairBRAKE LEVERS:Campagnolo Record brake levers - traditional non-aero cable routing - Silver colored non-anodized alloy bodies - pre 197 4 "long arm / long reach" alloy levers with "slim point" profile - post 197 2 "U" shaped cable relief opening - pre 1985 cable holder ends marked "BREV . CAMP." - pre 1985 integrated "pivot style" brake lever mounting post clip s marked "BREV. CAMPAGNOLO" - pre 1985 chrome plated lever pivot pins - mod el 2030 ... [Used - this is ye t another set of those obscure 1973 year spe cific Campy brake levers (...I sold what I thought to be my only matched pa ir late this last summer) - the se transitional models feature a "long reac h" lever having all of the characteristics typically found on early example s with the exception of a round cable relief opening because these interim versions use the "U" shaped cable relief opening most often associated with
their successor "short reach" counterparts - ample minor scratches along t he facing of these levers albeit a very few of them a tad more noticeable ( ...specifically on one of the levers) - thoroughly dismantled, inspected, c leaned, lubricated, and then reassembled to functional perfection (...these
babies now pivot effortlessly] - $45.00 for the pairBRAKE CALIPERS:MAFAC C ompetition Racing brake calipers - dual pivot center pull alloy calipers - traditional non-recessed acorn nut mount - post 1974 second edition with fo il MAFAC logo inset into the face of the leading arm - no wheel guides - br onze pivot bushings - fixed bridge with 62 mm C-t-C pivot spacing - large s tirrup (49 mm - 59 mm drop) long reach - model Competition ... [Used - ever ything here is nicely polished (...without over-polishing the aluminum bits
to a near "chrome" state) and without evidence of oxidization o n the pivo t bolts, eyelet bolts, or springs - indeed, these calipers are in very good
condition with one notable exception - there are several gouges located to ward the ends of the slotted brake arms as a result of what I can only pres ume to have been the efforts of some moronic mechanic who once saw fit to g rip them with a pair of pliers while in the process of adjustment (...these
marks are purely cosmetic and will not in any way, shape, or for m affect performance) - also, the center bolt mounting nuts have been slightly round ed - completely disassembled, inspected, cleaned, lubricated, and then reas sembled so as to function like new - buy these to use as a very cost effect ive upgrade to your decrepit MAFAC Racer calipers ... OR ... purchase them just to score a spare pair of those near impossible to find straddle cables
for your existing MAFAC Competition brakeset inasmuch as those blasted cab les themselves can cost you as much if not more than the whole assembly bei ng offered here] - $40.00 for the pairMAFAC brake pads and shoes - standard

or 2000 calipers - model 1463E shoes / 64 pads ... [Used - technically, th ese were removed from a pair first edition Competition calipers although th ey will work with those other varieties mentioned previously - the pads the mselves have about 50 percent life le ft - purchase these for those spiffy alloy shoes as they are in very, very nice condition] - $12.00 for the set of 4WATER BOTTLES / CAGES:Coloral dual water bottle cage - twin plastic bot tles with flat topped caps - handlebar mount - light gauge chrome plated st eel - alloy clamps - mounting screws and nuts - model RMM.113 ... [NOS - br and new and unused - still sealed inside its original plastic packaging - e verything here is in a perfectly untouched and unmolested state including t he two transparent white Coloral water bottles which are still as pure as t he driven snow - the discoloration you see is on the outside of the plastic
packaging (...and that is why I took two photographs from the front so tha t you could see how that "spot" moves about - admittedly, these are a bit o f an unusual item apropos a bicycle dating from 1959 through 1970 or therea bouts - the problem f or me is that I have held onto these thinking that th ey would be the perfect finishing touch for a special racing bicycle dating
from that era, but al as, I have never managed to purchase a suitable stee d - so if you happen to have just that "right" bike and can abide my rather
stiff asking price , then this may well be your very last chance to procur e an NOS set like this (...DO NOT expect to see these appear on eBay at any time in the foreseeable future - if they are not sold as a result of this o ffer to the CR List, they will most likely head back into my stash of goodi es for another five to ten years, or until I find the perfect bike on which
to mount them) - I remember seeing a brand new set like this at the dawn o f the 1970’s at the old Phil’s Bike Shop in Portland, Oregon...and they
were "old" stock even back then] - $200.00 (...sorry, but that is what the y are worth to me)O.M.A.S. water bottle cage - down tube mount - 74 mm allo y aluminum - polished finish with Black plastic top guide / clip - model 10 75 ... [Used - in very good to excellent condition (...indeed, I believe it
to be in at least as good if not better shape than the two currently liste d for sale on eBay) with only minor evidence of usage to be found on the al uminum cage rails themselves - does not include clamps, nuts, bolts, or any
other form of mounting hardware] - $25.00OTHER BITS / ACCESSORIES:AFA pump
holder - upper (umbrella style) - chrome plated steel - made in France ...
[Used - its condition is such that this piece might well be able to pass f or "brand new" were it not for a slight chamfering to the slot of the mount ing screw which prevents such a deception - includes original mounting hard ware (...obviously)] - $5.00Campagnolo pump washer - 8 mm ID / 18 mm OD - p art number 646 ...
