Interesting postscript to the fixed gear postings - Today one of the pierce-n-tattoo group came in the shop with a 1980 Davidson, all fixed-geared with the slime green Velocity rims they all seem to like, but he wanted to talk about restoring it, and also about having us make him a new stainless lugged track bike. I think we have a real convert here. They are not all bike-trashing lowlifes.
