The topic is tire covers. The 'real' ones, coated fabric with sewn in elastic sides and proper hooks to secure to the spokes. NOT the "rubber band" style. Seems like plenty of tubulars (and EXPENSIVE clinchers too) are still being sold. Is anyone still making these? They seem to be fairly scarce on xbay and pricey when they do show up. What's the deal?
