Subject: [CR]Early Bianchi lug question

Could one of the Bianchi experts identify the frame vintage(early 1960's) and quality of the hook-lugged Bianchi shown on ebay # 140179976811 ?. Was this a basic Sport model or better quality frame? Plain forks without cut-outs in the crown sides, plain bottom bracket lugs, simple seat stay end caps make me wonder where it fits into the Bianchi product array of the time.
