Group -- Dave Bean asked about the dropouts with the long pointed tang hang ing down at the front. I believe this dropout is called a "Stallard", and was designed for usage with the Cyclo "Super Champion" rear derailleur that has the long tensioning arm hanging under the chainring/bottom bracket in the front. When removing the rear wheel, the tang prevents the axle from mo ving forward and mucking up the shifting mechanism/arm.
