Can someone explain the valuation on these six campy pedal axles? Is there something special about them ?? thanx.

Don,
Three of those axles appear to be the very early version that has an O-ring channel rather than the helical dirt-spitter-outers. I don't know exactly, but I associate the O-rings with Record pedals from the 1950's. I think they were also called Gran Sport in an earlier period. I've seen some ratty O-ring pedals sell for crazy money on Ebay. This includes, but is not limited to early Con Dentes. I suppose there are a lot of those pedals with axles that have rust (as many old Campy axles do) or pitted races. It might also be that the buyer plans to convert a set of newer pedals into older pedals, if you know what I mean.
