I'm attempting to fit a pair of Suntour Superbe brake levers on a Cinelli Giro d'Italia bars. The clamps don't fit around the bars, in fact I can't figure out how to open the clamps at all, there's no provision for adjusting tightness. They are marked 23.8, other than that just a Suntour logo. These are Superbe levers, not Superbe Pro.
Can anyone tell me how in the hell these things work? I feel like a complete noob.
