Ed,
My Paramount #F6XX (frame and fork numbers match) would indicate a June 1966 build date. It is chrome and I assume P13 with all Nervex, including the bottom bracket, which has been re-tapped to Italian threads. According to the Waterford site, weak threads in the b.b. was the reason for the discontent with Nervex. If mine is all Nervex, I wonder why the one mentioned as C6XX (March 1966) and also chrome is all Prugnat? Maybe the C6XX is being misread and is actually C8XX? This serialization method was used until 1969. Unless this?was a prototype for the Prugnat changeover, which WOULD make the bike historically significant? Go figure!
