John Betmanis has mentioned most of the essential "extras" (and surely British lightweights had the coolest of them all) but you simply must get a Terry's pocket watch holder for the 'bars. And, of course, a suitable watch. My '48 RRA tells when it's time to head for home and tea by a WW2 British Army pocketwatch. Waterbottle is one of those adorable little Coloral ones with a blue anodised cage that just happens to be a dead match for her blue paint. But she needs a matching blue ping bell and, yes, they were required by law. Cyclists complying with the traffic code. Wow. Talk about days gone by...
