The page author got his 'anteriore' and 'posteriore' mixed-up in his translation. "mozzo posteriore Campagnolo a contropedale, rarissimo forse solo prototipo" should be read as "Campagnolo coaster brake rear hub, very rare perhaps only a prototype". Very very cool. I'd like to see if the hub shell itself has a Campagnolo logo, that torque arm looks authentic to me.

Just when I thought I'd seen everything vintage Campagnolo....
