Respecting Dale, the rules, and the interest of the group: Are collectors here fussy about the provenance of pumps they equip their classics with? Which new pumps of recent manufacture are regarded as appropriate, and for which--- say period and national origin--- of bikes?

Yes, I've thought having a pump onboard was an alternative to raising an eyebrow to Nick M about French attitudes toward Middle North American rights-of-gun-ownership issues.....in the cyclists part of the global defense against errant canines.

BTW: Stats from the surveillance system include emergency room visits to treat children....and other more adventurous cyclists than the average reader here. Hence the single vehicle crashes.
