This is the same bike. It was built-up and sold out of a shop in Colorado in '77, I believe. I bought it from the original owner, but it was missing a few of the original bits and had been used (mimimally) on a trainer, then sat collecting dust. I restored it, rode it a grand total of two times, and sold it to Charles Andrews, who subsequently sold it some time later. I would classify the bike as about 90/95% original. The large chainring is a later version that I added (someone had put a 46t ring on it). The saddle is also not original to the bike, but is appropriate. A few other small bits we also added by me in the restoration. Actually, I should qualify that the "restoration" needed was pretty minimal. The bike does have a complete S-Rec 1st generation group, not reduced, so it has the hollow-spindle Ti bb and Ti pedal axels (unless, of course, things have been changed since I had the bike). I believe the frame is a '76 model, not '78, but can't be sure. Still a very nice bike, in my opinion.
