the bars are pretty nice, the worst scratching is on the sleeve that you can see in the photo. it is not so much a scratch as it is just the clear coat rubbed off.

the stem is scratched a bit on the top of the clamp and somone ground it down a bit so it slides further into the fork steerer.

i'll sell both for $115 shipped.
