Hi, guys,
I just checked the front wheel that came on my Hi-E Cosmopolitan. The bike is serial #6 that Harlan made and I bought it 2nd hand from Virginia Beach, VA area in 1980. "All original parts." The front wheel has the Hi-E hub with SuperChampion rim laced to double butted spokes 4 cross.
