Don't give up just yet. I heard thru the grapevine that Greg Softley is working on reproducing some foil stickers. This is something new, in fact, here is the 1st foil sticker I've seen at his "Cyclomondo" ebay store:
It would be custom (i.e. expensive) but maybe with a bit of cajoling he could be convinced to do Hugh Porter stickers...

I recently acquired a Hugh Porter road F/F (thank you Bob Atwood). This frame and other Hugh Porter bikes have been discussed previously on the
List. This frame is in desperate need of a resto, but I suspect that decals are non existent for this bike...if I am unable to obtain decals, it will probably end up in someone else's hands as a purple fixed with the hanger hacked off. The frame is too small for me, but it just seems shameful to let it go the way of so many others.
The down tube "Hugh Porter" is in black block letters on a white panel and should be easy enough to dupilcate...it's the foil type sticker on the head tube and seat tube that looks to be problematic..
If anyone has decals or a source, or good digital pics of the graphics,
please let me know.
