Subject: [CR]treating old Campy brake hoods

I was wondering what the recommended procedure is for taking care of old Campy gum brake hoods? I know its good to keep them out of the weather and elements, like direct sunlight as much as possible. But has anyone been able to bring some old somewhat dried out ones back to life, so to speak? I thought I would ask before spraying them with the wrong thing. How about Armorall? I'm guessing that since it works on car rubber, it might work on taking some of the dryness out of an old pair of brake hoods. Any suggestions appreciated.
