From 4 feet away, these look identical to Super Record pads/holders. You could get these for $12, or you could drop at least $75 for a set of original Campy holders + Campy pads. The choice is yours ...

=====

I personally think the new black jagwire brakes/pads are one of the best things to happen to vintage brakes in a long time. They are 40mm long, which is closer to vintage size (42mm) than cheapo dia compe size (36mm). They fit perfectly in weinmann holders and look great. I used them on three brakesets I recently rebuilt.

You can take the pads out of the holders and put them into campagnolo, royal gran comp, modolo, and other types of holders. Best of all, the performance is very good - these seem a little softer and stronger than Campagnolo, and yet they don't squeal or wear very fast. They compare very favorably to the very best brake pads I have used ( koolstop and weinmann 4-bump pads.)
