After having done a little research into this I found out the following:

1) Ital-Techno says they can get the cinelli allen bolts, but these items are delivered at irregular intervals. I would contact Ital-Techno and see what they have. Last I checked, it would be some months before they got any.

2) I do have a repro bolt that I got from a CR member. It had two problems. First, the allen size was *english,* and, second, the threaded center section was too fat to fit into the bolt tabs on the seat-lug. But the english sized allen was enough to eliminate it from consideration. Others might not mind this, if you can get one that fits properly otherwise. The one I have would not fit the frame.

3) Finally, I contacted Cinelli in Italy. After a long wait I did get a reply. they said the bolts were available through their American distributor. they listed someone besides Ital-Techno. I cannot find that post now, unfortunately.

also note that there are at least three different kinds of Cinelli seat-post clamp bolt. One has special spacers that fit flush with the rebated openings in the seat-lug tabs, a hex bolt head with a nut on the other side. Another consists of the two allen bolts with raised heads on both sides, and yet another has allen bolts with heads flush with the rebated seat-lug tabs. this last bolt was insufficiently robust, and often broke. The later iteration with raised heads was beefier and less likely to break.

I'd suggest contacting Cinelli Italy directly. They'll answer, although it may take awhile. Or contact Ital-Techno, and see if they'll be getting more. I'm not sure which style is available now, but it's probably the beefier version with the raised bolt-heads..
