Mark, based on all that I know - that sounds right.
The interesting thing about this bike to me is seeing the quality of brazing and filing at the the ST/TT cluster. The shorelines and lug don't look particularly well filed, the seat stay cap is pretty clunky, the brazing looks uneven, and as someone else pointed out and we've seen on some other late 60's frames - the cutouts are still pretty rough compared to later shapes. It helps give some insight about the rapid refinements of the details that are the hallmarks of this marque. Still a very cool bike! I love that crown - and I love that there's no chrome. Looks like a great candidate for a makeover loosing the added braze-ons - or just clean it up and enjoy it. Thanks for sharing the pics.
BTW, just got a great liitle tool - a digital angle finder acurate to .1 degree with the ability to zero out at any angle to get the corresponding angle in relation to the first. It's called a Wixey Digital Angle Guage. It has magnets in it to hold it securely to any steel surface - like a bicycle tube. It's about 2"x2"x1.25" fits easily in your pocket. It's great for measuring the basic frame angles. Cost about $40 at Highland Hardware in Atlanta (they have a web store and it may be cheaper there). I can tell this is going to be one of my favorite little tools. It solves the problem of measuring around the ST and HT with lugs and other things in the way of a protractor.
Happy holidays!
