Subject: [CR]Frensh Crank ID help needed "PROFESSIONNELS"

One of my bikes (a ~40's French-made Mystery Frame, see http://www.flickr.com/photos/8210984@N06/2138525847/) came with a nice crankset that I cannot identify.

A while ago a similar crank showed up on ebay. The seller identified it as an RGF, despite the fact that the only marking was a tiny logoed "PROFESSIONNELS" in a center of the crankarms (http://www.flickr.com/photos/8210984@N06/2138586377/).

The only RGF I know made Bottom Bracket shells.

Can anyone identify these cranks (http://www.flickr.com/photos/8210984@N06/2139261470/)? Does anyone know where to find a double chainring set like in http://www.flickr.com/photos/8210984@N06/2139261606/

The crank uses a standard 3-arm 116 BCD pattern, so all my other 3-arm 116 BCD chainrings fit. But none look as right as the originals.
