This question has perplexed me for a while now as well. Why would Cinelli list it on their site as a currently available product, but not sell it to anybody? Makes no sense to me at all. At the same time, I can see U.S. importers not wanting to carry some "outdated", relic, quill stem. Who knows where the blames lies. It is frustrating though.
