Actually there is a Le Jeune on eBay right now with chromed lugs like this, but Swiss might be the answer. Mondias had chromed lugs even if I can never get by those ghastly "smoked" or "canoe bark" finishes enough to pay much attention! Stripped of its "bark", this is a rather handsome mount even if the frame size is daunting even for me.
