No one can quite describe a frame like Norris Lockley. He makes me wish to grow an inch taller and grab this one. The only aspect of it, to me, that makes it a better class of pea in a more select pod, are the Campagnolo drop-outs and components when one might normally expect Simplex or Huret. This is why I thought it was a Stella and their SX-73 "Limited Custom" model which was their top of the line job with Campagnolo drop-outs and components, if specified. This had Columbus tubing I think. Stellas also had the same banding between the chome forks ends and paint this one has.
