Brian,
In my (perhaps limited?) experience, any Grand Jubilee will
have that name painted on the top tube. E.g.

Also, all the examples I've seen (perhaps 6 or 7) had Huret
Jubilee derailleurs. I always thought that was the difference
between models like Grand Record and Grand Jubilee, since the
frames looked so similar. But I also can imagine that the
equipment changed over the years due to availability, exchange
rates, etc.
