Actually, I think Bob is closer to the truth. I've communicated with the seller via email concerning his listings and he claims that they are created by the guys in his bike shop. As Bob said, not all of his listings are of the Best Offer type and I have actually won a couple of very nice vintage Campy pieces recently through the traditional bid process. In my experience he's been a good seller and he ships quickly.
