That one would be from 1980-81, maybe a year earlier or later. I have a "grand sprint" with identical graphics that I bought new in 81. It may have been a 1980 leftover, but the team champion he had when I picked mine up was also the same, and that was an 81 since he special ordered it for someone. I think the graphics changed for 82, they certainly did for 83

I'm looking around for a Motobecane catalog to help me place this frame. Found 76 and 84 catalogs online - and this plain, homely little thing surely falls somewhere in between. Top tube cable guides, but no bb cable routing. Also interesting how far to the REAR that derailleur cable stop is ?? No chrome on this one (76 does, 84 doesnt)
