First, the original attractiveness is self-evidently a matter of taste, and from there it is yet another matter of opinion whether a group that is thoroughly enough used to have begun to loose functionality is stll as attractive as new.
I toss around a lot of opinion on CR, sometimes as though it were fact, but I avoid using it as the basis for my arguments.
