Since this seems to be seat post day, I'll take a stab at this one too. I think the post is an early 3ttt. It looks very similar to a post that I installed on Robert Clair's Bates, which was an early 3ttt that I had not seen before. The clamp looks to be slightly different, but the milling looks almost identical (although Steve's links don't seem to be working at the moment). I have a picture of Robert's post somewhere, but I can't put my hands on it at the moment.
