I received three off-list messages about the Galmozzi logo which you can see on my bike here:

I personally think that the logo is extremely appropriate and shows that the Galmozzi had a good sense of humor. The logo depicts a rooster standing on a bicycle hub. In Italian, a rooster is a 'Gallo'. It is also used to describe a 'cocky' male, or somebody who is very self-assured. In Italian, a hub is a 'mozzo' (the plural being 'mozzi'), so the design is quite clever and unique. Another reason to like Galmozzi bikes.
